Fine base for discovering Auckland. Pleasant, outstandingly accommodating staff with smiling face. Gorgeous food selection. Location short walk to the restaurant, all which is illegal and Auckland Airport. Also, close to shopping centre. My favourite property in Auckland.

I took an extremely spacious and quiet room with a very comfortable bed and a coffee, for instance. The staff were nice and courteous yet not intrusive. Its location was great, in the forecourt area.

The location was absolutely perfect in a secure area, really close to airport and rental car and shops and restaurants. Also, we were 3 km from Samani Pulepule Hall, truly enjoyed where it was situated.

I was satisfied with well laid out and exceptionally clean rooms complete with comfortable beds and bathroom, as for instance.

The room was spotless and bright, and the bathroom was clean. It had inner courtyard views. All the staff were nice. The location was marvellous, close to supermarket n shops! Moreover, it's not far from the market and by and airport.

This hotel met expectations! My 1 night in Auckland were good. Truly enjoyed the classic studio with nice sized bathroom, and particularly good and unbeatable location close to shopping centre. The staffs were excellent & very informative. Location: the property was next to the services, and shops and motorway. Moreover, it was 2 km from Ambury Park.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed, including a full kitchen. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the airport and shops. The free WiFi was a bonus too.

All came down to location really , for the price the room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were a joy. They were polite and very efficient.

The front desk staff need lessons in customer service. At times they appeared rude and very ignorant , never complimenting or returning a smile. It was a very cold welcome and one that could be improved upon.

Great location near the airport. The bed was comfortable, and the room had enough space. Despite having trouble with the shower temperature, my stay was quiet, and the staff was very helpful. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

It is ideally situated for late international arrivals at Auckland International, and we appreciated the free shuttle service.

the room was too clean and comfortable

there was not enough car parking for visitors; therefore, we park our car on the grass and in the morning we could not move the car because it was stuck so we call the staff and they help us to move the car. So that was really a bad experience for us as we spend one hour to move the car from the grass.

This place is a great location for exploring the city, with a classic and enjoyable atmosphere. We liked having a mini-kitchen equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, and toaster.
